The service

Mind Planner Home is a personal organisation app. The demo is free and requires no account. The app is bought with a one-off payment; the recurring features (AI credits and sync) are taken out on this website only; the desktop and store apps are clients of that same account.

The app (one-off payment)

• App unlock: USD 6.99, one-off payment. It unlocks your house forever on your account, with no renewals.
• It includes the first month: 30 days with the 700 monthly AI credits and sync, with no card and no subscription. When it ends you keep the app and your data; the monthly credits and sync require the subscription.
• The free demo saves nothing: it is there to get to know the app before buying it.

Local mode

With the app unlocked, all of its offline features are used with no recurring costs. Data is kept on your device, and backing it up is your responsibility (Settings → Data backup).

Subscription and price

• Subscription: USD 6 a month at tier ×1 (or the equivalent in your currency), auto-renewing. Tiers ×2 and ×3 multiply the credits and the price: USD 12 and 18 a month. You can also pay for tier ×1 by the year: USD 60, auto-renewing annually with the same credits every month.
• It includes 700 AI credits a month per tier (700 / 1400 / 2100) and sync between devices. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.
• Credits per operation: 1 for a text reply, 4 for a long plan, 3 for an image (10 at high quality) and 10 for a 3D model. The rate may be adjusted if the AI providers’ costs change; the current price is shown in the app before every request.
• Top-ups: USD 6 for 700 one-off credits, a single payment you can make with or without a subscription, whenever you ask for it — they are never bought automatically. They do not expire and are used once the month’s credits run out.
• Fair-use limit: credits cover normal AI usage. If in one month the real cost of your requests greatly exceeds the value of the credits consumed, AI is paused until the limit resets the following month.
• Payments are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel whenever you like from “Manage subscription” in your account; you keep the plan until the end of the paid period. After that, the app carries on working on your devices in local mode, without monthly credits or sync. Any top-up credits you have left remain usable, and you can renew whenever you want.

Your data

Your data is yours. The app is local-first: everything lives on your device first. The detail of what we store and how to delete it is in the privacy policy.

Reasonable use

The AI credit allowance is for a personal account. Reselling the service, sharing the account at scale or automating AI consumption outside the app are not allowed.

Changes to the service

We may update the app and these terms; price changes are announced in advance and are never applied retroactively to a period already paid for.
